THATS ME, SITTING ON THE ROCKS.  I'm a self-healing helper in the Usui Reiki and Wise Woman traditions and a guide on the path of Classically-informed Contemporary Yoga. I use energy medicine and earth wisdom to enhance my weekly yoga classes, monthly workshops and private intuitive energy work sessions. I've been using yoga, meditation, tarot, crystals and plant medicine as tools for healing since I was very young. If we had a little more time, I'd tell you my life story. For now, I'll just say that each of these methods has helped me to become who I am now. These tools and techniques have re-connected me to my SELF and I am forever grateful to all my teachers and guides--including my mentors, students, friends and family (people, plant, mineral, animal and ancestral) for allowing me the space to learn, grow, heal and change.
My one goal is to offer you the freedom and the space to do the same
