You have access to the source of your freedom: your sweet joy. Your joy is sacred. Your joy will set you free.
Our joy is our birth right. It is a life force, it is the laughter, the stories, and the songs that our ancestors have left in our bones to remind us we are not alone, to remind us we have always been free. And will be again.
decolonizing our joy, [re]membering our play is 5 week BIPOC journey towards embodying liberation through our joy. We humbly trace where joy lives in our bodies, our lineages of joy and play, and the systematic wounds that overwhelm that joy. We are guided by the questions:
Our journey is rooted in joy and liberation. Each week we honor, explore and expand into the healing energy of play through storytelling, song, ritual, and the medicines within.
We look forward to playing with you!
**BIPOC-black, indigenous, people of color, explicitly including API, Asian, and multiracial kin

decolonizing our joy, [re]membering our play is 5 week BIPOC journey towards embodying liberation through our joy. We humbly trace where joy lives in our bodies, our lineages of joy and play, and the systematic wounds that overwhelm that joy. We are guided by the questions:
- How are we weaving play into our liberation?
- How can joy empower us and keep us safe?
- How can we build communities rooted in embodiment of joy?
- How can we explore the tool of play to disrupt systems of oppression?
Our journey is rooted in joy and liberation. Each week we honor, explore and expand into the healing energy of play through storytelling, song, ritual, and the medicines within.
We look forward to playing with you!
